Pokemon-like animals, are possible on some far off, exotic world capable of supporting carbon-based life, but as to them being "friendly", that depends on what type of ecosystem exists on that planet, and what sort of natural selection process is in place.
There were in fact, "friendly" dinosaurs that were big as buildings. The plant-eating Brontosaurus were among these. Thus again, in an exotic world that allows for the evolution of dinosaur-like creatures, a friendly huge dinosaur isn't an impossibility.
Ocean of juice. A chemist needs to answer the viability of a large body of fluid that has the properties of juice. My own conclusion would be, this juice can't possibly taste good, considering that the mineral salts coming in from the "land" part of this place will render the fluid salty and bitter.
Falls of beer. Can't happen. While carbonated fluids do exist in nature, I don't think that its state of being "beer" can last long exposed to the air in a prolonged amount of time. You will still have a waterfall of beer, but owing to the lack of carbonation, it won't taste like beer anymore.
