problem with my toshiba satellite a205-s5804 -freeze

guys need help..

problem is my toshiba satillite a205-s5804 running in vista operating system will freeze every time i plug it to the outlet for charging purposes while using it...laptop works well in battery mode but when i plug it to direct current it automatically freeze only i can see in the monitor is a black color no mouse no display just a screen with black color resolution...cuz im planning to upgrade it to windows 7 and the problem is i cannot proceed to the next process of upgrading cuz the dialog box said something like the computer should be in direct current mode, installing windows takes several minutes or sometimes hours correct me if im wrong...



can somebody or anybody help me how to fix this?

We also have a laptop a satellite series from toshiba which we bought last 2006. Two years after that, we experienced the same thing, the unit freezes about two hours of use. we realized that plugging the laptop and using it for hours "overheats" the unit. now we are using cooling fans underneath it while using. never freezes ever since even at a whole day of use.

nah i wish it could also help in my case but i guess it wont..i charge my laptop until the battery light indicator located at the lower part of the unit turned off so meaning it's finish charging at that moment i didn't use my laptop cuz i want to cool down the battery from charging 30 mins after i turned it on and it works only using in battery mode now when i plug in the adapter for the reason of continuing the power supply to my laptop it suddenly freeze and i cant do nothing about it not even a single move of the mouse obviously i can't cuz what i only seen is black screen again no mouse no display just a black screen and it always happen in the same thing every time i plug the adapter, the power light indicator flicker again and again until it suddenly stop, battery indicator is on and plug indicator also now tell me guys what im gonna do with this issue

running in vista OS
processor speed 1.50GHz
1G RAM

my tip to you:
remove the battery and use only ac adapter to power on system? will it still freeze

the point of failures are either the ac adapter , battery or motherboard

hi to all people who knows this problem,

*naa ko ani na laptop satellite A205, kung mag ON xa battery mode Ok ra xa, din kung ako ipaslak ang adoptor,mag frezz na xa! di na jud mag lihok ang cursor.unsa kaha ang possible problem ani? pls help. i need my laptop badly. dugay nko wlay computer sa balay. huhuhuhuhuh. god bless and more power.
