You have a house/property here in cebu but reside somewhere else. you don't want to rent it out, but definitely need someone to look after it (and the pets if there's any). Prospective stay-in caretaker/sitter will not take any salary and will pay for own food and electricity/water bills. All that's needed is a personal space and the flexibility to do homebased/online work.
