1. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES (VOICE, CHAT AND E-MAIL SUPPORT)

Qualifications:
* Applicant should have completed at least 2 years of 1 college course.
* Good command of oral and written English
* Courteous with strong customer service orientation and solid problem solving skills
* Dependable and keen on details
* Good listening and responding skills
* Ability to clarify customer requirements, probe for and confirm understanding of problems
* Demonstrated familiarity with Windows, Office applications, Internet Explorer as well as various Internet terminology
* Willingness to be assigned in i2 Bldg, Asiatown I.T. Park Lahug, Cebu City
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Full-Time positions available
* Preferred language(s): English



2. TEAM LEADERS

* This position is responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and supervising a group of employees in a Service Center/Operations environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience preferred
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably supervisor at least 2yrs & up experienced employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork / collaboration, motivation and staff development skills including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
* Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem solving skills when making decisions.
* Ability to establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal while using appropriate resources.
* Ability to coach, develop action plans which maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
* Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies
* Excellent customer service / support skills, ability to work well under pressure, professional demeanor and above average English communication skills (verbal & written).
* Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

i applied last thursday for CSR as a walk-in applicant and had the final interview. The HR told me that I did fine on the interview and he's thinking of putting me on an Insurance account as a CSR or maybe TSR. However, as the account is full he'll have to put me on active file and will call me when the account is open for new members. No specific date, might even take a month or so.

Question... did I really pass or is that just the HR's nice way of saying I didn't? An applicant who applied for CSR at the same time as I did was given an endorsement to take the 2nd exam right after his final interview... =(
