Mao manay common cause if your VC is faulty, PSU, Mobo and RAM. Daghan kaayo ug factors mao i isolate first before mo declare sa guba. Ive experienced that before and I found out its the mobo.

Some factors may cause of grounded chassis and maybe your VGA cable is broken check it first those common problems.

maka post ka sa imong hardware bro para sad ma analyze namo na kay basin naa nay mga factors na mo cause ana jud na problem. gi try na nimo sa laing monitor? try sad laing GPU ug gamit ba sa onboard if di onboard video imo gamit.

try isolating the problem thru the components bro like ram, video card, mobo, monitor, wirings...etc...when did this happen? did u tried overclocking your pc? post pud imo specs apil ang power supply...
