If anyone is interested, I will be doing a free Gracie / Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Introductory Class on Wednesday, June 23rd from 7:30-8:30pm at: Holiday Gym & Spa in Banilad, Cebu. It's free to all current Gym members or anyone that is interested in learning more about Jiu Jitsu.
Wear comfortable work-out attire and bring a friend!
