unsay maau na combination for a multi-income business in one space/store na gi rent?

fellow istoryans...

we plan to rent a space for business pero i was thinking na i-sulit nako ang pg use sa space/store
by selling not exactly various goods like sari-sari-store but combination of 1 or more goods/services etc.
considering we all knw na mahal na kau ang rental karon panahona, naa pa jud pila ka months deposit,
i think mau jud daghan igo.

pwede ra dili detailed jud coz i knw intellectual property man na ninyo. not necessarily mo copy ko sa idea but
im sure, it will help catalyze lng.

kung kinsa lng ganahan mo share...

First it depends sa location...you need to do some feasibility study first...check unsa existing businesses naa sa area then evaluate unsa nga negosyo pede nimo sudlan which makaya ra sa imo capital mas mayo kung wala pa na offer dha nga area...you should have a buffer funding as well just in case lng worst scenario...

For me I think Load, Beverages and Food ang ideal but like I said magdepende ghapon.

nindot ang ticketing bro kay daghan na ganahan mo travel especially katung ga cg lang ug work. the prob is wala silay credit card para to book online hence, kasagaran sa travel agency. bisan ginagmay basta kanunay..
