Unsa imo gusto mahibaw-an about Lear Corporation, bro? I was an employee of this company for 7 years, ako masulti satisfied man ko sa ako experience sa company. daghan ex-employees ang company nga they became more successful paghawa nila because grabe diay ka precious ila nakuha nga experience and knowledge while working sa company.

More or less the same general comments that I mostly heard from others. What about the management style?

bisan asa ka company bro expect jed ka nga naay mga sip2x naa pod mga maayo down to earth ikaoban enjoy lang gyod and learn....ok man management sa LEAR daghan training para gawas...

I joined this company recently last april this year. I dont know much about this company yet. But so far, this has given me the most training that I've expected compared to my prev employers. Tabangan jud ka nila to be competent in your field. Better yet, there's a chance to to be trained abroad or say sent for a task abroad.

But the pressure of work is really tough. That's the price. Yet, out of it you will really learn a lot from LEAR. I do! :mrgreen:

Management Style....they have the same objective which is customer satisfaction pero lain2x lang sila style to achieve this goal. Naay uban managerial style nga sobra kahadlok sa iya senior manager, naay kusog mo designate ug trabaho bisan trabaho unta sa manager, naay mga manager nga sayon ma approve mga request sa mga tao niya kay duol siya sa senior manager. Basta lain2x gyud experience, murag sakto gyud nga basin "you can`t please everybody lang gyud". Basta ang Director ron sa Lear-PETC very friendly and approachable. The company is not perfect pero its easy to like and if you gained some experience in the company dili na gyud lisod pag market sa imo capability sa ubang company. Sa design lang nga trabaho pwerte kamahalon sa mga softwares such as CATIA, UG, IDEAS , ANSYS, RADIOSS ug HYPERMESH ambot unsa uban pa softwares gamit.

agree...known lot of friends that are now working abroad because of the experience they've have with Lear. Usually american company are good.They also have good pay.
