    Default HELP! Non-profit Foundation?

    Guys!

    Need your help!

How to form a non-profit organization / foundation?

Instead paying company's tax we prefer to donate / support unfortunate students.

Go to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)....SEC Bldg., V. Rama Ave. (on the side going to B. Rodriguez, not the side going to Guadalupe). Talk to the Officer-of-the-Day; he/she can give you the checklist and advice on organizing it.

Hi, instead of putting up a non-profit organization yourself why not let it handle by an existing non-profit organization. We at JCI Mandaue is a Non-Profit Organization that creates projects that supports the community.

One of our Major Project is the E-smile Program.
We offer free operation for children have cleft palet. and 1 month supply of medicine.

We have various sponsors from major establishments.
We have the capability, connections, man power to organize a project.
Hope we can have a joint project.

no problem... your thats a great way to help your employees. giving back what your people deserves, will not only make them happy but keeps them motivated.

Well starting in your company is good, just see to it that there will be people who will be manning the project in the long term.

Forming it, i have no clue but i guess you can ask DTI for more information on how you gona do it.
I was thinking of a cooperative thou.
