Yup, naa kaayo. Laptop with WIFI. Just go to places with hotspots nga walay security para maka internet ka nga walay ISP.

But seriously, mura walay mobaligya ana bro, malugi ang mga ISP ana kay libre ra gud ang INTERNET if ni.exist na nga gadget.

Nothing is free these days.. Actually kanang mga hotspots nga open kay nag bayad ang tagiya ana nga signal.. ug mu hook ka ana.. it's like stealing.. just my opinion.. balit nalang ug prepaid wifi sa smart or globe..

Internet is an interconnection of ISP's. naay gadget nga inana but u cannot use that without a provider. its just an equipment. even ISP's payed monthly also to their provider.
