Washington's Most Wanted ID Thieves

Washington state is making great progress tracking down identity thieves, thanks to a bold new program.
But authorities can use your help in tracking down one of the state's most prolific criminals.
Felicitas Bernardo Cura is wanted by local police for a number of identity theft and forgery cases. Police say she has conned real estate agents and property managers, saying she wants to buy property. but what she really wants is to steal their checks or cash--and then disappear.
Felicitas Cura is one of Washington's Top 12 most wanted identity thieves,
A program that was set up last year by law enforcement agencies around the state, and has been very successful.
"We were able to, within this year, have ten of those twelve either in jail, prison or awaiting charges right now", says Dan Satterberg, King County's prosecuting attorney.
Satterberg says Cura's m.o. is a prime example of how most identity thieves operate.
"It's not a sophisticated way. They break into your car, your house. They take from your mailbox checks, credit card statements that has your full number on it. Any of that info can be very useful to any enterprising ID thief."
Felicitas Cura also goes by Leslie. She is Filipino, 5-foot-1, 140 pounds. She may be driving a dark red or purple 1990's Toyota or Nissan pickup with a canopy roof.
She has pleaded guilty to multiple counts of ID theft and forgery, but didn't show up for a court date in August. She faces over five years in prison on those charges, so police need your help tracking her down.
If you know anything about where Felicitas Cura may be, call the police.
