    Default Help: Wrong VGA cable ang gitaud???


    Nagpa repair ko sa akoang AOC 17" monitor kay guba ang iyahang VGA cable. What happens is kada lihok nimo sa cable mausab iya color like kung naay RGB mawala ang red which mahimong bluish ang screen. To cut the story short gi ilisan sa technician ang cable and nabalik na sa amoa ang monitor however, the display is weird na i cannot set to 1280 X 800 which is my setting before the screen would look like there is a black margin around it tried adjusting manually sa monitor to a 100% max na wala gihapon ma stretch and there still has a black margin. Not only that inig press nimo sa adjustment menu wala na sha ma center but naa sha sa pinaka left which is suppose to be in the center diba? Other than that ang iyaha quality sa video kay light na kaayu bisag i full nimo ang contrast.

    I need some help guys, I will not say asa ni nako gi pa ayo ang monitor for now in respect to the computer shop pero if you have any ideas unsa ang cause ani please advice... Dili ba sakto ang gi puli nga VGA cable or gi dali dali ra ni sa technician or wala ra shay nahibaw-an? Do CRT monitors have different VGA cables?

    i'm not so sure, although, i suspect there was something wrong with the repair, or a different unit was sent to you. the best thing you can do is go talk to the concerned party (in this case, the shop/technician) and ask for support. if all goes well, you will get what you want, else, go to DTI.

    My GF try to contact the shop again later kay duol ra man sa amoa. Kay pag kuha namo sa monitor ingon sila ok na kuno then ni ask ko if naay warranty nga pila ka days... ang tubag nila "ambot lang nila ser kung naa" ... tsk tsk tsk...

    sit down with those guys and get some clarification. keep all your receipts/invoices for reference in making a complaint.
