BIOS update

mga bros,

i have a new motherboard model asus P5K-SE
everytime when I starting-up there is a failure that
your bios is not updated..

can anybody will help me on gow to update this BIOS?
is ther anybody was encountered the same with my problem?

sayon ra kaayo na, gamit ka lain PC, open ka ila website sa asus pangita-a ang updatd nga bios-update, nya e save sa flash drive, diskette or e burd CD, nya e firstboot lang kung asa u gi save ang updates. okey.
