LG 32LE5300 or SAMSUNG 32D550??

mga istoryans,

patabang ta ko ninyo sa akong gamay na dilemma. im planning to buy an HDTV mostly para pang PS3 og tanaw2x og HD movies. unsa kahay mas nindot sa duha? na testingan na nako ang duha ka unit with my PS3 and i can barely see any difference. bisan naka on ang trumotion 120 hz sa LG, murag pare pareha ra jud cya sa 60 hz na Samsung. hinaut unta na ma tagaan ko ninyo og advise ani..

any inputs from experts, users, and anyone in between will be much appreciated. thanks in advance.

LG 32LE5300 has bad viewing angle. Try viewing it at the sides, you'll see what i mean. Go for 32LE5500 instead if you want LG.

thanks sa input guys.. i went for the 32d550 nlng. although mas mahal cya gamay kaysa sa le5300, there was something about the le5300 nga di ko comfortable. maybe it was too bright for me or maybe something else. i can't really point a finger on it. hehe. nice sad bitaw ang LE5500, though mahal2x pa jud cya eh.. around 27k pa. kapus akong budget...

i have both, the lg LE550 and my current samsung UA37d5000. samsung will win basically its this years model unlike the LE series from LG which was release late 2009/early 2010. I can provide you my pros and cons for it

LG LE550
pros:
good for gamers, has high refresh rate of 120hz for a 32" inch tv (most 32" are only 60hz)
has an option to downscale from 120hz to 60hz by turning off/on the motion rate (lg feature)
built in media player ( can play most media formats)
cons:
low volume (hinay cya literally like i would go up to 40)
I'm not sure if it can read NTFS formatted hard drives

Samsung UA37d5000
pros:
"all share feature" can be use as an external monitor wireless or wired through any all share capable devices (computer, cellphones, digital cameras etc) (samsung feature)
Digital noise filter
built in media player
Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Pulse, SRS TheaterSound HD (its a plus, like when im watching tv 15 above lang ang volume cause it can be loud)
can play NTFS formatted hard drives and I've tried plugging my 2 tera byte ni basa ghpon cya
cons:
fixed motion rate 100hz (no manual settings) pero kung muduwa kog ps3 automatic cya mo set to 720
too much clear panel for me samokan ko usahay
Channel programming can be quite a task. (no issue for me since naka cable ko)

22500 ra bro. ang manager sa samsung ayala originally priced it for 23k pero mkahangyo pa tawn ko og 500.

mine is 32LD460 great sounds produce, according to the manual 1TB supported, MKV, DIVX ug uban pa, im using 500GB playing movies... dili lata pareha sa mga LED TV tungod sa kanipis mao kyut pud ug sounds output....

naglibog ko pagpalit ani sa 32LE5300 (29K) ug 32LD460 (27k) Nov2010 purchase, pero I choose 460 kay nice sounds output tibuok no need na mag attach ug external multimedia system...

sa pagkakaron gagamayan ko sa 32, puhon change it to 42" or 47" kay lahi ra jud ang viewing pleasure.....

32LD460 is a great buy tv last year and grabe na gyud ninaog iya price. Some users experienced backlight bleeding (though this common for lcds) but more pronounced for this maker.

you can even get a 42" Panasonic 2011 Plasma TV TH-P42X30 at P29.5k in manila now. you can never go wrong with bigger sizes for better viewing pleasure
