1. install nod32, update then scan...
2. then turn off your pc and unplug it... press the power switch of your cpu as if turning your pc on(this will remove the memory resident virus) then repeat step 1

if symptoms persist, repeat step 2 then format

nag install nako spybot pero mobalik ra jud ghapon, saun naman lang ni..
nisuway nasad ko ug install ani wala gihapon makuha, balik-balik jud cya
