keyboard and mouce not functioning

please help me to resolve this problem my keyboard and mouse in my
pc are not functioning even though the mouse and keyboard are in ok.

basin nagkabaylo nimo ug taud sa likod, ang mouse sa green na ps2 ang keyboard sa purple na ps2

k na ang mouse ang keyboard nalang. mao d i kay ang keyboard na missing ang
iya software ako gi check sa control panel..

Please do elaborate your problem well kay daghan circumstances why di mo function ang mouse/key? when it start happen? unsay gi add nimo sa system after ni ing ana? unsay imo gi ibot? meaning nag hung up cya? as in no sound etc...just freezing? are the keyb/mouse lights on?
