Just sharing what i found after a lot of surfing and research.
If your planning to use 3 or more hdd with a large videocard like gt280 and ati4870 (both almost the same size)
- stay away from this motherboard
a closer look at the SATA port:
did you see the problem?
how about with a gt280 videocard...
Spoiler!
from 6 sata ports to just 4 usable sata ports.
Maybe it's still forgivable BUT...
Moving on to Crossfire (SLI not supported)...
Spoiler!
from 6 sata ports to just 2 usable sata ports!!! OMG!
EPIC FAIL!
another interesting to note is the lack of support for ps2 mouse and keyboards.
Spoiler!
if your planning on upgrade and trying to save cost,
you really have no choice but to buy a USB mouse and keyboard.
overall, it's really because of the "SATA + high end video card" problem that you should note.
--------------------------
msi exclipse
Spoiler!
bottom 2 sata ports are potentially blocked (same as above) sata 9 and sata 10.
GA-EX58-DS4
Spoiler!
If you drop in a second long graphics card with a dual-slot cooling solution into the DS4, both the purple sockets (and COM port pin-out) are unusable.
i was researching if this board supports overclocking,
it does support overclocking (link above), then i stumbled upon the problem with the SATA ports.

If you would consider a 144BLCK from a 133BLCK an overclock then i have no qualms about it.

Wow thats the first good looking MSI board ive seen for ages! altho the 6 power phase is a HUGE let down or is the + 4 on the NB a part of the CPU VRM ?
In regards to the sata ports, makes you wonder if they did some real world testing on the board with 2x VGA cards.
