First, let me show this diagram.
So we have two ISPs. PC #1 is currently connected to one ISP, and #2,#3, and #4 are all connected to the other ISP via an 8-port hub.
My question is...how do I make PC #1 be a part of the network that PC's #2,#3, and #4 all belong to? I simply want to be able to access files in the 3 other PC's from PC #1.
If possible, the solution should not include adding a router or setting up an VPN, etc etc.
Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

So I had to settle for a configuration that didn't involve a router, kay during the move, we only had one ISP (PLDT), so going dual was not an issue. But now, since duha na sad among ISP, I wish we had the same configuration before...I simply am not technically knowledgeable enough to set up the router like how our previous technician set it up before, and I know I can do it given enough time, but I don't have that time. I'm willing to hire someone to do this for us, if it takes only a few hours.
