    ask lang ta ko if naa mo nhibaw-an na nag hiring karon.. dili lang call center kay d kau ko mau mu english..hehehe.. maski encoder lang..or unsa pana dha..thanks..

    field of experties? fresh grad or not you must have a filed of experties pra kabalo ka asa ka mo apply ug work ug dali rasad ka manawag.. review first waht you're capable of doing and you wont fail sa company na imo applyan..

    I totally dis agree with these one bro.. my GF is an HR so ako jud cya gi ask bout ani.. ingon nya usuall standard sa mga companies is oking for "individuals with capacity to learn" kini na highlight kay daghan kaau ni nka link na category.

    1. was the subject capable to the the desired task assigned to him
    2. does the subject has the capacity to learn in the given time period
    3. can the subject successfully aquire what was meant for the process
    4. will the subject suited enough for the current environment where he will fit in..
    5-100... daghan pa kaau bla bla bla idol..

    mao nga dili jud ka angay mo ingon sa imo gi applyan na imo assets was the willingness to learn.. kay kung mo ingon ka ana daw, you're just telling them youre making them as training ground ( pOV of my GF/HR).. mao ang dapat jud daw nimo na asset is what imo nahibaw-an na pwede nila magamit sa ila company..

    pls dont get offended to my post idol ha just giving insights lang pra sa tanan.. and its purely POV ra sad with credible sources..

    First and last... sa pag entry pa nimo until exams.. after ana kung pasado ka sa iyaha kay i refer daun ka sa mga dept heads na nag request ug mga personnel.. after sa interview sa mga dept heads kay moagi ka ug balik sa iya for final interview.. ang final interview kay phsycological... tuwad tuwaron ka ug pangutana same question mag balik balik. kung ma sipyat ka sa imo answer ( mausab usab imo tubag) X mark daun ka..
