Globe NDD activation problem

How long does it usually takes for Globe to activate NDD calls? I recently upgraded my internet speed and now it comes with a free landline and wifi router but 3 days na since they've upgraded my speed and installed the landline but hindi pa rin ako mkatawag coz they haven't activated it. They also didn't change the router. Anyone experienced this?

@ts: call sa ilang hotline bro via cellphone (globe sim), dial 211, mag request paka ana NDD activation, then wait 24 hours.

NOTE: cellphone ka tawag since dili man ka makatawag sa ilang hotline # (02)730-1000 kay wala paka NDD.

tried that and pumunta na ako sa globe sabi ok na daw pero hangang ngayon wala pa rin. Cgro gnagawa nila yan para hindi ma avail yong free ndd calls from globe to globe

dili pa gyapon katawag ug toll free numbers ang globelines? ako nabal.an, pldt ra man gud pwde makatawag but im not sure if na change na..
