"Why invest a property that is still on its pre-selling? "

1. Property is still at its lowest price. A property generally becomes more expensive when it is ready for occupancy. Convenience entails a price.



2. Request for changes on the interior can still be possible. (depending on the developer)



3. A property on its pre-selling is offered with longer EQUITY or DOWNPAYMENT term compared to a house that is READY for OCCUPANCY wherein downpayment has to be paid either at one time or for shorter term (between 3 to 6 months).



4. A property that is on its pre-selling is most ideal for new Pag-Ibig members waiting to qualify for the Pag-Ibig Loan. Home buyer can start paying the monthly equity while continue to pay as well the Pag-Ibig or HDMF monthly contribution till he/she reaches the 24th contribution, enough to make him/her qualify for the loan.
