I don't mean to be insulting...pero have you checked if whether you've connected everything correctly. I mean the necessary power connector. Most of the time when I assmeble a new system, I ususally missed connecting some power connectors.

Anyways... as luwid stated it could be a compatability issue.

dont wanna be condescending but i have built pc's for more than a decade now and sa uban forums that i checked it works with a branded 500 watt PSU.

have you tried a different card on this board? just to make sure it's not the PCI-E connector that has the problem.

by the way, which rail did you use on your silverstone ST56F PSU? the built in 6 pin videocard connector uses only one rail. try using 2 different rail using the 2x4 pin to 6pin converter.

hmmm nice idea. will try nya na ang card ra ang naka taod sa 12v rail. pero i only have 1 hdd and 1 optical drive. pero will try that and see what happens
