apple I pod worth it or not???

so i am thinking about buying an apple ipod. but idn if i really should. i get my license in a month and need to spend 350 on driving classes (state law) then the rest on my car. i have around 1,000 in the bank. but i work and get around 75 a week (don't work to much). if i buy one i would buy the 20gb,30gb,40gb or maybe a zune. should i and r they worth it.

The apple Ipod is really nice. But i also own a creative and think the software on the Creative is better. It is also easy to change battery on the creative units, unlike the Ipod, you need to send it back to apple for a replacement or attempt to change yourself and risk breaking the face.

The other nice thing about the creative is you get to delete files on the GO. On Apple, must be logged on to Itunes to manage your media.
