Need help, dll error on startup and cant delete trojan

need help.... i tried googling it but can find info about these trojan.

everytime i start my pc i get an rundll pop up saying error loading C:WINDOWS\system32\6wcmz.dll access denied.

AVG detects these trojan in
C:WINDOWS\system32\drivers\6my2h.sys and identifies it as Trojan Horse Back Door Generic9.HTH and
C:WINDOWS\system32\6wcmz.dll and identifies it as Trojan horse Downloader Generic6.zib
but AVG cant heal and says access denied.

I tired turning off system restore and starting in safe mode but i still can't delete it.

i cant find any information regarding these trojan when i googled.

i think the pc got infected when someone was browsing and visited some unsecure sites or got infected from a infected usb thumb drive.

Actually bro, base on experience, lisod kaayo ni kuhaon ang virus once imo pc infected na. I browse the internet on how to get rid of it unfortunately d gyud makuha. Ge safe mode na, disable system restore og uban pa, pero to no avai wa gyud makuha. Ako option, re-install the OS. Human tanan.

hmm.. try this, Start>run>msconfig then click the startup tab and try to look for the file from the error message. then that will stop the file to run during start-up right? just try it.. im not sure ok?
