connect your newly issued router on a "clean"...
connect your newly issued router on a "clean" computer if you have one. freshly installed os, free from any cracked softwares etc. and see if the problem will pop up or not

someone within sa wifi radius ang nagchange sa settings or that person cud be kilometers away using a long range wifi antenna.
