Is there anyone out there who has purchased a .PH domain name and NOT been issued a receipt? This has been one of the persistent complaints against DotPH!

By the way, while DotPH hasbeen trying to stall the inevitable with all sorts of tactics, it is also trying to sell new "services" which it may not be able to sustain if the domain is redelegated....
