this topic shows filipino 'provincialism" mentality.. i mean why making a big deal, after all it's still part of the Philippines, can we just be happy for them ..

nyahahaha.. well they must be thinkin other factors too.. but watever it is, i still consider Cebu as th best place to live in.. whats wit Bacolod btw..?
