    ni palit sd ko ni wisechoice.. depende lng kung asa mas barato. sauna kay once a day ra akong protein powder pero karn kay 2x na... lisud man gud i reach ang protein requirement per day kung wala cya. ang tuna sd, mahadlok ko mercury poisoning or whatever hehe. nya napuol nasd ko sa taste kay permi ko tuna sauna..

    4th of july jud haha bago raman ko nakibaw sa proper workout routines. last year lang.. basa2x man gd forums gd. mga July 2010 ko nag serious.. aw pero dli super duper serious sd. haha so not too long pa... but naka lose nko 20 lbs so not complaining. nagduty ko hospital ron.. but padung na mu end ang training this month so i'll be free to workout all i can! hehe wa man gud time usahay ron. sa balay lng sa ko workout oi para i can spend my extra money on food and protein

    yup tig squat gyapon ko blay hehe.. naa man gud murag pwede ma barbell holder diri. dli lng ko mutawag ug squat rack ani kay di man jd cya squat rack hahah... sa deadlift, murag wala pa kaayo nko na perfect akng form. kailangan pa i work on. di jd ko nahan ug lunges. mas kapoyan ko ana compared to squats and deadlifts hehe try nya ko ana promatrix kay murag cheaper jud cya oi. pila na diay ka ka years nag lift?
