  1. Cherry Blossom Frappuccino

Celebrating the change of season with a new drink, the Cherry Blossom Frappuccino is a blend of sweet strawberries and cream with white chocolate sauce and matcha drizzle, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of matcha.

This is the first time Starbucks is offering the Cherry Blossom blended beverage U.S. but Japanese customers have been enjoying a version of the drink since 2010.

Just like the colorful blossoms that bloom for a short time and then fade, Starbucks’ ...
  2. 21 Dubs Flavored Chicken Wings

#21DUBSWINGS or 21 Dubs Flavored Chicken Wings is located at Maria Cristina Arcade, Ma. Cristina Extension, Camputhaw, Cebu City. It is the arcade beside the Sacred Heart School - Hijas de Campus.

Visited this place last August 6. For me being away for 2 years it's kind of hard to find that night especially it was kind of drizzling and my Cebu-based friend is not sure where it was exactly located.

  3. Handuraw Food Trip

The reason why I’m writing about Handuraw, even though it’s very common and a lot of people has already been there, is because I ate there like two times in a row in a single week… and I’m also bored as hell right now. The branch that we went to was main one near UP, I never had any idea that they actually have other branches which means I’ve never been to any of the other ones. Me and my family and friends went to Handuraw for my daughter’s birthday and second was juz to chill and hang around ...

    What is a food market?
A food market in its simplest meaning can mean a grocery or a place where produce, meat and other grocery items are sold.

The food market I am talking/writing about is sort of something like that but a bit different.

  5. ISTORYA BLOG #110: Early Dinner at Steely Danao

Featured in WARRIOR PILGRIMAGE on February 1, 2011.

VISITED MY OLD friends in Danao City on July 21, 2010. I call them Mr. Fine and Mr. Coarse. They are craftsmen skilled in the repair of small handguns and they are a father-and-son tandem. I used to go there once every 3 or 4 months to answer some of my friend's favor to have their pistol or revolver checked for flaws and to improve its features. But not anymore.

This time, I'm dropping by just to say hello and keep ...

  6. Ahh HELLO, Muscles! Long Time No See!

Recently I've started working out again after seeing friends getting into fitness. Yes I was motivated but it was also actually making me feel sick knowing that I don't work out as much as I used to (5 days a week: strength, cardio, dancing, cycling). Now it's on like Donkey Kong! I mean it!

So I needed a pre and post work out snack coz I seriously can't work out on an empty stomach and sometimes I just don't feel like drinking a protein shake. So, the answer was: PROTEIN BALLS! Yesterday ...
  7. ISTORYA BLOG #94: Night Trip to Malapascua

    Featured in www.pinoyapache.blogspot.com on September 1, 2010

I LEFT THE OFFICE in Mandaue City at ten thirty in the evening of April 30, 2010. I will take an overnight trip far north to Daanbantayan and, from there, cross over to Malapascua Island early in the morning to retrieve a package and bring it back to the mainland.

I will not be alone. Eddie Alberca will be with me and he will drive the Toyota Revo over two small cities and nine towns, a distance of roughly ...
