I've been reading a lot of posts/blogs from people discussing what would happen if a quake like the one that struck Japan recently would hit a major Philippine city (i.e. Metro Manila, Metro Cebu etc.), and that research has indicated ( http://www.cnn.com/video/data/2.0/vi...quake.cnn.html ) that major cities in the Philippines are FLAT-FOOTED-UNPREPARED for a quake like the Japan quake.
