there is nothing like near-disasters, the kind that lets you perch on the edge for days, even months, to let you know how fragile life stories can become, like a free-falling snow globe wondering if there would be something soft to break its fall. and the secret trysts with lifeforms too different to be unreal, but real enough to touch. they become bits of increasing insanity, a creature growing more grotesque, but more alluring, more seductive the longer your mind dwells on it. ...
Moderators are supposed to be neutral and not one sided, its should never interact if it does he/she should stripped his position and come down as member... regardless of its position it should always remain neutral not taking sides.
"Natsukashii", a term most commonly used by the Japanese. It means remembering something in the past triggered by something you currently see, feel, taste or touch. In english it translates to "nostalgia". Most of my life I have been travelling (because of work). I have been to Japan, China, Hongkong and just recently I'm living in Singapore. I thought that I have overcome the feeling of loneliness and missing home. 3 weeks have passed as of this writing, now I ...

I recently did a serious mistake. I hurt someone so badly. I don't think I'll ever have ...
As if summoned by an alien force of unknown magnitude, I woke up today to familiar tunes my brother played over his small speaker at the living room where my two nephews lay fast asleep. Who would ever forget mom's all-time remedy for coughs? Whether hard or soft cough, stubborn cough that comes with a Shrek-induced crescendo voice wafting through a closed room on an examination day, with the teacher staring angrily at you ready to devour you anytime for causing such uncalled-for sound, the kalamansi (local term for Calamondin, with the scientific name, citrus microcarpa or its common name, Chinese orange) has always been relied on. One could either slice about four to five pieces ...

Who says it's expensive to hit the beach this summer? I'm talking about crossing islands, not considered to be premiere tourist destinations though but giving you much the same level of exhilaration (minus the public as if owning the resort all to yourselves) as you would hit Boracay or Dakak. I had my friend to thank for for her uncanny inclination for the beach and the summer sun as when the four of us, more like vagabonds than local tourists, headed for Camotes last week. It was what I call a ...
