A lot of people are totally disgusted by my intense obsession with Sigmund Freud and psychoanalysis. When I start to justify their behavior in the psychoanalyst perspective, I’ve often get that unwanted eyebrow-raised, teeth grinding expression from my 'friends'. I wonder why they are such ingrates; I’m doing it free of charge! They should be grateful, if I have made a living out of it, hmmm, perhaps I already have enough funds to buy that much coveted lotto outlet that I have so wanted for myself. ...

Rediscovering 10,000 Maniacs' 1985 album, "Wishing Chair"



I actually bought this in 1989, AFTER "In My Tribe", and I totally mistook it for a LATER album. Turned out it was made 4 years earlier. I wonder if my sis still keeps the original casette tape. The digital version is now a temporary resident of my phone's memcard.

Doing a little bit of overtime at work. Morning wasn't so bad, but by 3pm, I knew the video we were trying to render/compile would take a lot longer to finish than I originally anticipated, so here I am, still trying to finish various versions so that our clients don't keep asking me to try out other compression methods and resolutions.

That's it. A rather dull, boring day. Only her voice on the phone brightened things up.

My feet are just too tired and worn out from the event and there were just too many things to think and rethink about this event.
