I made a short lecture on identifying objects in the night sky with the help of a desktop planetarium (sky simulation) program called Stellarium (Stellarium), focusing on the planet Venus after sunset. Towards the end, I also talk a bit about the Constellation Orion, Sirius and the Orion Nebula.
