agree jud ko ani.. enough with the trial-and-error thingy.. i had 2 relationships already.. long term puros.. 5 years and 2 years.. i thought they are the one.. and i don't know.. it all turned out bad.. i mean, naa jud sa both relationships nako na akong partner kay naay lain.. not once, not twice but more than that.. it hurts a lot thinking what did i miss to give them? what did i do wrong? was loving them too much the wrong thing i did? did i overdo it? but after sessions of counseling with friends... i realized i missed a lot in the world.. coz when makauyab ko, focus jud ko sa akong uyab.. him and only him alone.. which i thought was a right thing but nah... it was my mistake.. so i am taking this time off to learn to love myself... and my friends... without a boyfriend yet.. and learn to know myself better alone.. and of course, preserving myself for the one who will really cherish, treasure and be thankful of me every moment of his life..... someone who God made especially for me... to have a future family not like mine today.... unya girls.. SISA nata ani ron ha? Single and Satisfied.. hehehe
nice one nikki.

I have to admit it that I am really pressured to having a boyfriend especially that most of my peers at school has one. It all started here... Well, what makes it interesting is that you have realize something today hehehe

Well, It is a fresh start for someone like you to feel somewhat 'alienated' at first and to be honest, it is so depressing to walk alone in the hallway.. well, welcome to college As for your programming classes, well, its good to hear that you (or we) are ahead of other schools when it comes to lessons and hands-on exercises. It's like giving you a feeling of both 'studying' and 'training' at the same time hehe!! I can testify how proud am I to be a Technologian.. Prelims is fast approaching, yet some subjects are still on the 'shallow' part of the course.. hehe anyways, it is "A deep breath before the plunge" kind of feeling.. Godbless-
HAHA. Thanks Dorothea
@nikki: you're so cute! so pretty! You remind me of my niece. Tanan pics sa iyang facebook, puro ra face niya nga lain laing posing ug expression. Hahaha
Bowahahaha! How vain.
Graphic designing? not bad at all, hehehe, going for an IT career just for aiming your goal as a Graphic designer or multimedia developer or web etc.? well, that's not good either , I =] choosing a career course in IT may not make you or teach you all the things on what u desire most.. I suggest you to take after-courses (like fine arts[they do have multimedia subjects hehe], or Major in multimedia if sa IT ka mag base, or aim for multimedia and graphics crash course) after graduating sa IT, because, like what 'silent_kill' said, IT is way too broad, OR if you really are into a programming career (systems analyst, white hat hackers, or simply, a humble programmer) I should say, take up CS instead ^^,, because programming and graphic designing are two different things although they share the same qualities. Studying never ends after college you know, hehe...Even if you have a job in the near future, believe me , it helps ^^,Oh well, what ive said here is somewhat too late, coz' as of now, your enrolled as an IT student, well, I should say "go beat the odds" and aim for your ambitions in life ^^ I mean, your Ms. Nikki Petralba after all, 1 unique person, no twin, no remorse, just plain fun ^^ God bless † *note, I taked up IT with the goal same as yours, yet I choose to focus on going up to what career I have a passion to, and that's into business venturing, management, travel and leisure w/ passion (like art appreciation, photography, biology *laughs), and through taking up 2 semesters of IT, I taked up the basics in web designing and programming, then shifted to TM or Tourism Management, well, some people say na "sayang" or "sa man ka james ui, di man ka sure", but then again, they are not hindrances on what I have chosen to follow through with- hehe xenxia, long talk teknoy ~
well, being an ambisyosa is not bad after all, hehe
do not focus on your intelligence, beauty and strengths. be a balanced person. identify and try your best to improve on whatever are your weaknesses. conquer you insecurities, do not compensate them by being hambugera or being critical on others. understand this: whatever you conceive as your strength become your weakness. if you think you are very intelligent in effect you will become less intelligent. Because you will become unteachable. You may not accept everything your teacher teach you. You may not study as much because in you mind, you are already bright. But if you think you are not that intelligent, you will study harder and work harder to make your self more intelligent. Believe me, this is what happened to my daughter, she too is a CCNSHS student and graduate. But she became unteachable. She never listen to my advices. Now shes married. She got pregnant before she finished her course. She is still studying now but she's in school just so she can play Dota. One of her few addictions is Dota. If she was not into boyfriends and Dota, she must have graduated 2 years ago already.
Graphic designer again. I hate when people claim themselves graphic designer just because they know how to use photoshop. Kill! U have to go to a design school baby to be legit, like me. Although there are way lots of self taught graphic designers who made it big in the industry, still, the advantage of having a badge would really make a difference. Trust me. CIT, USC, UP, UB. NAg offer na cla ug fine arts or graphic design. Go for what u aim, not what ur parents aim.
Aww. I'm going for IT I'm more of multimedia than programming. Hehe.
