All 8”x12” Prints must be accompanied by:
1. The corresponding RAW and JPEG edited file in CD format with the name of the photographer and the ID number on the CD.
2. The entry should not be entered in any other competition.
3. All entries must be submitted on or before the indicated deadline and its duly accomplished forms and attachments and must be surrendered to the Rotary Club of Cebu Fort San Pedro located at Cityscapes Hotel. Non attachment of these requirements would mean immediate disqualification.

Post production like exposure control (dodge and burn); color saturation (control); creative cropping are allowed. Conversion to black and white color toning (sepia, blue, selenium, etc.) as long as it is done across the frame and not only in selected areas is acceptable.

By joining this contest, winners/finalists agree that the royalty of the photographer shall not apply every time the time the Rotary Club of Cebu Fort San Pedro and other participating Clubs should use the photos in the promotion and management of the Rotary International, and grants royalty-free, world-wide, exclusive license to display and reproduce the photo/s for promotional purposes. Ownership to the top 30 photos shall be with the Rotary Club of Cebu Fort San Pedro and cannot be reproduced nor reprinted for Publication without the written consent of the Club. The photographer may not use the photographs or variation of that same composition for any other purpose except for his personal portfolio.

Other than that, Terms and Conditions of the Intellectual Property Rights Law shall apply. Photographers will be given photo credits every time applicable.

The decision of the BOARD OF JUDGES is final and un-appealable.
