Heels or No Heels?

Anyway, I prefer flats also... I only wear heels on formal events... and if mag gimik.

Heels? concerning ur body mechanics and postural compliant..heels are realy bad for ur lumbar part of ur spine or ur lower back ..cos rasing ur heels aways from the floor makes ur lower back arch more then wen it arch all the presure is ther..anyways..
its not good naman to hav this extra presure on ur lower back na nag cary nagud na sa imong upper body..lower back pain
ang labas if u wear hi heels alwys ug imong calve ma develop ug mau so mo dako or ma inphasiz ang bagtak..so careful ok

high heels for formal events lang, but if pwede flats, flats jud ako suoton

either..if the occasion calls for it..BUT i'm more comfortable with flat shoes..BUT (also) shoes/sandals w/ heels are preferable for formal gatherings....

footwear? most of the time flipflops lang. also due to safety reasons kasi commuter ako.

ako depend sa mood ug sa attire.. i do wear high heels even on ordinary days basta feel nako... i'm very much particular sa shoes/sandal nga akong iwear... mas hilg man gud ko ug shoes/sandals than blouses...
