Sony Dates 16 Films Including Two More ‘Bad Boys’ Pics, Jennifer Lawrence’s ‘Passengers’
Sony Pictures has set its slate through 2017 that include two more films in the “Bad Boys” franchise, the first installment in “The Dark Tower” franchise and sci-fi romance “Passengers” starring Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt.“Bad Boys 3″ is set for 2017 and “Bad Boys 4″ slated for 2019. While the first two pics starred Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, it’s unknown whether those two actors are on board for the next two movies.Other major films set with dates include Edgar Wright’s “Baby Driver,” for 2017, a remake of “Jumanji” for Christmas Day 2016, and “Resident Evil 6,” set for early 2017.
