Job Description:
Email and Calendar Management
Schedule client appointments
Online Research
Various Reports
Maintain client CRM
Various Admin tasks as required by client
Skills Required:
Must have extensive experience in the BPO Industry
Must have EXCELLENT Communications Skills (Written and Oral)
Must be adept in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and familiar with using Google Apps
Must be familiar with Database Management, Email Management and CRM
Must have EXCELLENT Soft skills (Customer Service skills)
Skills and Attitude:
Must be highly trainable
Must be flexible
Can multitask, and require minimal supervision
At least be able to meet 45 WPM
Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and oral
Must be smart enough to know what to do in certain situations where help is not immediately available
Goal oriented
