    Default Kusog mu-Vibrate ang Dashboard


    Good day sa tanan!

    Bag-o lang jud gi-ilisan ug Front engine support ky nagbungkag na ug gi-ilisan pod ug rack end among van.

    Lately nakabantay ko nga nikusog man ang vibration sa dashboard. Usually mukusog ang kurog kung stationary ang vehicle and naka-Drive gear with the aircon ON. Kung OFF ang aircon or naka Fan mode lang, naay kurog pero manageable ra. Ako pod gisuwayan ug nga naka Drive, with Aircon but instead of stepping on the foot brake, ang hand brake akong gipapugong. Dili ra kaayo mukurog. hmmmmm...


    Unsa kaha possible causes ani. One mechanic said nga basin faulty transmission, pero i think okay pa man transmission ani. Wala man ko kabantay ug problem sa shifting so far. Possibly kaha ni nga sa transmission bisan kung padaganon okay ra ang shifting sa gears? By the way automatic trans ni among van.

    Lain pod mechanic ingon nga must be the thing causing it ky ang problem sa CEL. Nagsige man gud ni siga. Something about the emission ang reading sa OBD Scanner. Unfortunately nakalimot jud ko sa code before nako na-research Mahal ra ba kaayo magpa-scan.

    I've read online possible pod IAC valve or any of the sensors

    so kung ni check engine ni TS nya due to IAC valve not functioning, ang resulta sa makina ana is a low idle labi na ug nag A/C ka, musamut ug ka low idle nya ang result muvibrate ug kusug ang makina which results to a vibrating dashboard....naay temporary fix ana TS, set it to park mode nya i-ON ang A/C nya adjusi ang idle screw ana while nag ON ang A/C, set it to 900-1000 RPM, mawala na ang vibrate pero inig OFF sad sa A/C mutaas pud ang imong minor which results to a higher fuel mileage, so better get it fixed para mu function balik ang IACV para back to normal na tanan.......

    additional info on the RPM:

    Park mode with no AC: 1000 RPM then goes down to around 900 as the engine heats up
    Park mode with AC : 800 RPM
    Drive mode with AC: 800 RPM

    If IACV ang problem unsa ang fix or ilisan ana, boss?

    definitely it`s a faulty IAC Valve bro (Idle Air Control), or can you give me additional details on the engine bro? gasolina ni? or diesel? CRDI, PGM-FI etc. lahi2x man gud ni sila ug mechanism ang gas ug diesel...

    i have no idea unsa ang engine ani ky surplus vehicle mn gud ni (mazda mpv 2003). aside from DOHC 16 valve, no other details na ko.

    ahhh OK bro, IAC valve ra na cleaninganan, I suggest nga D-I-Y na lang na bro, sayon ra kaayo na kay naa ra na sa taas dapit sa makina...watch this vid bro for more info...

    after cleaning, the RPM should be equal or sligthly higher with the A/C load, dili mu ubos, but instead mu equalize or mu taas gamay...kung gusto pa gyud ka ug "advanced moves", calibrata nga inig ON sa A/C mu equal gyud sa Idle @ no A/C load ang RPM, tang-tanga na ang silver cap, naa diha ang calibration screw, tuyuka hantud mu equal ang RPM sa no A/C load, so 900 RPM @ idle with no A/C load, nya 900 RPM sad with A/C load, mao nay factory calibrated function ana...

    i just remembered diay, na-clear diay tong CEL pag scan, but after restarting the engine and stepping on the gas, nibalik ra pod ug siga.

    sa akong ka-clumsy, nagduha2x ko mutangtang ky basin mangahulog ang bolts and the gasket mentioned sa video. i want DIY though.

    i'll see what I can do. mu-feedback lang ko balik.

    I suspect TS nga naa kay loose contact wirings, kanang IAT sensor gahi kaayo na maguba, it`s a 2 pin thermistor, kasagaran gyud trouble ra ana is a corroded connector pins, kining P2009 ma trigger sad ni kung bad or malfunction imong IAT sensor, you can do a visual check on the two parts, check if there`s a crack on the electrical connectors, clean it with electrical cleaner kung hugaw, plug it back and reset the system by unlugging the positive or negative terminal of the battery for 2 minutes then clamp again, it can clear the error codes if done properly pero you still have to overhaul the IAC valve kay mao ra gihapon ang mahitabo ana, mudrop ra gihapon inig ON sa A/C compressor, ipacheck na lang sa ni ug sweto nga mechniko TS, ingna nga ipa overhaul nimo ang tibu-ok throttle body and inspect everything including electrical connections of the sensors, duda ko hugaw na ni imong Throttle Body, ang tanang sensors nga nag malfunction sa imong unit naa ra tanan nagtapot sa throttle body...
