Hi. Before I got married I was 167 pounds in weight. Now, I am 217 pounds. 5 years ago, I was lean and energetic. Now, all I do is stare at the tv and microwave dinners.
50 pounds in 5 years. Di nako ma imagine na inana ka grabeh akong na gain. I want to lose weight more than ever but I need support and motivation. This is why I created this thread para magtinabangay ta.
Here are the rules:
1. We start Jan.2 (Give chance ta sa Jan.1)
2. We only measure ourselves during the 15th and 30th of the month. (dont weigh yourselves daily. bad idea)
3. We are only allowed to have one cheat day every week. (eat anything you want)
4. we will help each other in terms of recipes, answering questions, diets, strategies, tips and so on...
May unta naay ma enganyo mu join. Post mo sa inyong starting weight and goal. 4 month program ni ato. may 2 ang atong final day pang summer bah.
My starting weight: 217 lbs. My target weight: 165 lbs My acceptable weight: 180 lbs.
