Mga Ka Ibon, patabang ko ninyo identify aning mga birds nga ako na kit-an diri:

Juding by the wings of this finch I'd say its the American Gold Finch(Carduelis tristis) and the second one is indeed a bee eater with its characteristic long beak and long tail. That's actually the Merops nubicus or the Carmine Bee eater..

These look like birds from outside, where'd you get these pics?

ayay nakapiso na jud ako gouldian. pero usa ra jud tawon kabouk ang dunay sulod out of 3 eggs. salamat lang japon atleast naa jud usa, basin next clutch daghan na fertile. for more than two years karon pa jud ko kabalik kita piso sa gouldian sa akoang cage. thanks sa mga tips mga finchters

tagae eggfood ang parents para tambok ang piso...you can buy sa whitegold or sa Piper's petshop. Ang ako gigamit kay Orlux eggfood.

@sir janmarco, more on paswerte lang ni ako sa gouldian taghap taghap ra ni. not all goudian pairs are productive some pairs moabot nalang 3 years di jud mkaproduce. pero kana uban finch masters like sir matty or sir marsy dli tingali na ila paswerte prehas nako real masters jud na sila.
@sir Matty nakapalit ko eggfood sa white gold pero di man mokaon ako gouldian kay tan-aw nako wla man jud makuhai ang eggfood gimolds nalang gud. saon kaha ni aron mokaon sila noh?

MasterK, normal na sa gouldian nga dili dayon mo kaon eggfood kay na bag-ohan. Just give small amount of eggfood (1/2 teaspoon) every day haron dili ma usik. Dili na mokaon ang birds sa eggfood over 3 days na kay pan-os naman, labi na if naa pod seeds available nga ila makaon.

Try this trick: Kuhaa ang pagkaon (seeds) out sa cage sayo sa buntag kanang feeding time nila, pulihig eggfood ang seeds. Ila nang tilawan ang eggfood until maanad sila. Ibalik ang seeds for an hour para dili pod sila ma starve (ayaw kalimti jud pag balik sa seeds, otherwise pasmo ang birds). Do this for a week hangtod sila ma anad.....Likewise, katong imong stock nga eggfood dapat imo ibutang sa sealed container para dili ma pan-os. Ako gigamit kay glass nga garapon with rubber seal nga tabon to ensure and maintain freshness.
