web design software

hi, want to learn web designing (graphics / layouts) but first i want to know what the best software to used in making it that is easy to learn and user friendly.

first you need to grasp usability and design within yourself before even touching software. "best" software is just preference.

Adobe CS3 works best, do your designs in Photoshop, crop, export and layout the same in Dreamweaver. cheers.

depends on what web designing are you into...noteped++ will do the programming if its HTML,JAVA, etc...but with the designing..adobe products will do too...there's felx also.
