Windows XP problem

Hello guys, please.

Recently, I am installing this software SSH Sentinel 1.3 Beta version in my windows xp sp 2. But when I restarted my PC, the START menu is now hidden and cannot be seen anymore in the desktop. I am trying to uninstall the said software but said an error "Setup failed to launch installation engine:" "The RPC is Unavaiable" something like that gives an error and cannot be uninstalled anymore. Can you you help me guys. Thanks in advance.

wala sad ka mag backup.. like restoring point.. try lang daw ug system restore.. naa sa start, accessories, system tools click system restore.. if guba na gyud ang imong system probably gamit ka ug instller sa os then repair..

then continue wahtever you want to uninstall from there.

pwede sad ka magdownload ug mga uninstaller spftware para matangtang ang mga gahian ug ulo nga program.

I cannot point to start, accessories, system tools kay kanang START MENU, nawagtang na sa desktop when I installed this software. Then kung moadto ko sa Control panel using windows logo +E dili pod ko ka uninstall sa SSH Sentinel nga program kay mao nay error "Setup failed to launch installation engine: RPC server is unavailable". Mao na siya.

sulayan na nako bro kanang symbol sa windows logo, wala may mogawas. Then nasulayan napod nako ang SAFE MODE kung maka uninstall ko ngadto pero mao lang gihapon ang error. Unsa nga uninstaller nga program nga dapat nako nga e download? Thanks in advance.

Hello guys,

Problem is solved... Here is what I do... I manually removed the programs by going to the Registry (regedit.exe). Here is the link that helped me.

try daw og delete sa registry entry about ana nga software mao na ako buhaton basta dili ko uninstall then delete ang directory sa installation folder then balik sa control panel nya tangtanga to xa, kung mo-ingon nga la na cya sa imo system click ok! try lang, pero create daan og restore point
