what's the best movie converter for phones?

good day istoryans, what movie converter are you using for your phones?
im using xilisoft 3gp converter, from the default settings i just change the "same quality" from false to true and then change the frame rate to 15frames per second.. it results in very nice quality movie, nice jud.

but my problem with it is pag mulapaw na ug 10mb ang movie file, mu drag naman ang movie. so usually i can only convert below 10mb nga scenes which are about 2minutes, only fight scenes and other significant movie scenes lang ako ma convert. i want to go full movie unta.

do others have the same experiences?
