Happy New Year!

Ni-a napud ko, Ask lang ko ba sa inyo, maybe some of u might experienced this about GLOBE ba, I bought a P300 prepaid load for my cell last Friday night (January 6, 2006) then i tried to make an international call (Dubai - to a cel phone). Unfortunately i was not able to talk to my contact because no body is answering my call. i have made 3 attempts of calling but still nobody answered (i only heard a dial tone). On my last attempt, a voice message played and said that i dont have enough prepaid credits to make a call, when i made a balance inquiry i only have P1.83 left. Are we realy charged for our unsuccessful international calls?

Pls enlighten me.
