Wireless Area for mobile people?

Is there a wirless area here in cebu where you can just bring your laptop with you and then connect to the internet using a wireless LAN? is there as such? If so, is there a monthly due?

I believe I have heard that this exist in manila... Just wanna know if you have any idea about this. Thanks

Ayala entertainment center area. Before sa JY Square, i dont know if its still there.

mostly sa bo's coffee kay hot spot sa wifi... sa ayala entertainment center.. banilad town center.. ug sm... palit mo ug globe quest sa bo's then ur ready to access... tag 100, 400, 1000 per card...
