If the gun part is from abroad, you need to get an import permit for it and you could shell out a lot of cash for that. So better yet get it locally.

kanang manginspection during shooting comp, dili na siya ussual routine dris sa Cebu kun adunay shoot, pero naay instance nga naay nka duty na taga FEO during competition (once in a blue moon ra mahitabo). pero karon panahona medyo nag istricto kabaw namu DUTERTE na. so expect ta nga adunay kalit2x. di lng compyansa, pero kung Gusto jud ka na kampante ka while transporting and playing with your gun during comp. Secure lng jug PTT/PTC para kampante ka. part pud na being a responsible gun owner.

TRUE STORY: Naa competition gi held sa usa ka gunclub in Canduman (I won't mention the name, pero kabaw mu unsa na GC) adunay newbie shooter nga niapil, offcourse innocente pa sa mga safety rules while inside the range. sa usa ka Stage gi badlong na siya sa Range Officer na Stop kay unsafe na imung gibuhat (he is doing something with his gun while waiting for his turn) Gahion sad ug Ulo tawhana. karon purte niyang swerteha kay nag abot sila sa usa ka LAWMAN sa next stage, Gibadlong siya (naa napud siyay gibuhat sa iyang pusil na unsafe) gibadlong siya in a nice manner giingnan siya na naay "SAFETY AREA" pwedi na nimu buhaton didto, ayaw dri kay daghan taw. Gitubag man niya Pinolosopo. syempre nalain ang LAWMAN gipangitaan noon siyag PTT/PYC unya wa may ikapakita, awww gitawag sa pinaka dool na Police stn. Gipusasan, looy tawn kaayu ang asawa kay purteng pakilooy naghilak.

Thank you for the clarification on the presence of lawmen and for sharing the Newbie Sa gun club. For full disclosure, I asked newbie sounding inquiries but I'm not exactly one. My first IPSC match was in Sept of 1989 which was also quite a story. Through the years, I have competed at Canduman, Talisay(next to the jail) Minglanilla, Kamagong and CPRA.
