Ok...The error message appear because you didn't remove on the Downloads box.

So you have to remove first on the Downloads box. You can find that on Tools menu. Then remove it before removing the file on the desktop.

By the way are you using Firefox browser?

try daw ug check kong asa na nga folder padong ang imo gidownload...then didto ka magdelete...kong unsay wla natiwas ug download mao toy edelete.... and suwayi na ug delete ang naa sa desktop...
