    Default Easiest call center to apply for newbies


    Guys, unsay sayon nga sudlon call center sa cebu? Cge kog pangaply pag last year hangtod krn wa pa ghapon ko nadawat. Nisuway nkog tp qualfon o techma wa ghapon. Bsag nagsalig kog nezda o collabera.Kutob rko final interview. Asa may dali sudlan?

    wala man siguro dali ma sudlan bro. ang key ani is to try and try until you succeed. ngano dili man ka mangapply balik sa imong gipang applyan? that way, mas nakahibaw naka sa technique og mausab pa nimo kun asa ka nasayop pag last nimo apply. so instead of looking kung asa ang mas sayon, try harder lang next time sguro.

    Broaden up your hunting ground... ayaw pag focus sa call center only, daghan diha sa sunday classified ads , and palupad ka application sa mga legit jobsites..

    I was once in your shoes before.. ako gi colored copy ako picture sa NS Ocana kay aron daghan application letter ako mapa-pitlan..

    Resulta, naa gyud tawon nasayop ug dawat nako as first timer in a supervisory position.

    Naa ra gyud na sa imong pagkugi ug pang-apply.

    almost 1 year sad ko nangaplay sauna pero wala jud swerte. akong gibuhat kay ako ra gi applyan balik. nadawat raman ko. pero given the chance, di ko mag call center oi. i'd rather have a low/average salary job than in a call center nga grabe ka toxic ang environment. not to mention na naa pa ubang tao mo look down if taga call center ka. kana pud mangutang ka ug ref nga installment, nya denied dayon kay sa call center ka. tsk tsk.

    unfortunately, naa ra gihapon ko dire. hehe. tigom gamay before ko mangitag laing line of work. di kaayo ko mka risk considering i have mouths to feed.

    wala may sayon brader, tanan lisod man labi na final interview kay #1 issue man gud sa BPO if unsa jud ka dedicated ug willing mag dugay sa company. like during final interview "how long would stay with ******* " kung mo tubag ka ug specific answer like 3-5 years duda na dayon ang HR na pila ra ka months mag stay nya hawa dayon mao nay kasagaran. the best cguru kanang murag something new npud sa ilang ears imo e tubag.

    there are a lot of reason why dle ka madawat, but dle pasabot ana gi discourage tka na mo give up. even ako it took some time before ko na hire ug BPO, usually ako gibuhat ug training grounds ang mga interview para naa nku idea what to do on my next job hunt also if there would be feed back gkan sa HR, learn from it and use it next time. take it as a positive criticism.

    Don't close your doors pud for other opportunities outside sa BPO industry. been with different companies small and big BPO (yes grasshopper ko) lain2 ta reason mga peps nganu cge ta balhin ug company because of the management, the pay , disputes, nangluod ka sa imo company, wala na approve imong VL nya importanti kaau unta kay you've been single for 10 years nya naa kay date , but the best part of it kay we had fun and we made a lot of friends dba?

    take it from me as an advice, if you can tolerate stress, toxic environment, disputes, issue's sa BPO (gorabells na dayon). Also work your way up na ma belong ka sa "The Management" kay naa jud bya nas interview(How do you foresee yourself working with _____ 2-3 years from now.

    one more tip, ayaw kaau salig anang ERP(Referral) na tunga daw mo kay uban ana marokoy cge ug unya hangtod ma TY nalng, bsag kaila pa na nimo.

    Nag ka lisud na gyud mga call center karon panahona... di pareha sa ona.
    Advise nako nimo, pag sugod sa mga dili ilado, pang experience lang ba... at least 6months.

    Unya nig human, adto na pangaply sa mga dagko...

    Ok raman pud ang mag pa refer, as long as Kaila gyud nimo. It's a plus man pud if naa kay friend nga naa na sa sulod para atleast naa kay idea kung unsa ila trabaho and all. Kay kung kana lang tig recruit sa gawas sus ga apas ranas quota.

    Naay gmay nga secret nga common sa mga call center. Kung ang isa ka account kay nag.ramp up - mapugus ang HR mag.hire ug daghan kaayu in a short period of time - required man sila so mapugus sila. If dli nila maabut ang needed nga headcount, kasab-an sila so as a result, mu.hire sila sometimes bisan dli kaayu satisfactory - ipaaubus nila ang standard sa interviews.
