    Default i feel like i'm done with my life


    kinsa lain naka feel og ingon ani. wa nako kasabot jud mura na lang kog nagpaanod2 sa sulog sa panahon.wa ko kabalo unsa nay makapalipay nako kay katong mga butang nga makapalipay nako kaniadto wa nakoy interest sa karon mura wala na koy gana. feeling nako mura na lang ko ga maskara perme aron lang dili mahibal-an nga magul-anon ko. kapoy na.

    TS, there are times nga mka.feel ko ana. what I do is I take a deep breath and unwind. maybe you need to go out with your friends or chika nila. pwede rapud ko nimo ma.storya ug ma.pm

    try daw smoke og weed boss., maskin 3 or 4 puffs a day lang..tambal mana sa depression ang weed boss..

    i had the same feeling before. After my 6 years rel sa akong ex. ana pud ko. happy go lucky, wala plan basta enjoy lang kog lami sa life. until one time nasakit akong mama, walay trabaho c papa, daghan problema.. I almost killed my self, nagdrive kog 110kph sa srp, kay pwerteng sakita pud sa gbuhat sa akong ex. Saksak sinagul napud ako na feel ato na time. Pero mao to ang nagpachange sa akong life. Maybe wala ko namatay kay naa pay maayong buhaton sa life. So i change, duol ko ni God that time. tanang 9 day novena mass sa Santo Nino, punta ug sa quiot. nyhahaah. Un lucky i found my answer. I took the challenge sa akong life. Ako gcorrect tanan. Till nagservice ko, feeding sa mga bata every 2x a week. Simba kuyog ako family and outing pud me. So after few year, i finally decided na mag abroad ko. Devoted sa mga Charismatic Church Acitivities, every sunday ug saturday service. I travel sa mga places until naabot kog Laos. It change my perspective sa life, and through with it, i found my real purpose. To help other peopl and share love to those who never felt love in their life.

    Whenever you are down, or sailing in boundless sea. Always think of what God's purpose in your life. Find you own mountain for you climb it. That's the beauty of life. The more we challenge, the more we find the real purpose in life.

    Best solution ani is go discover some places na wala pa nimo na mkit-i before.
    Go travel abroad. Set a goal na mka kuha ka travel visa hehehe
    Or find another work par a lahi nasad environment. New world, new Life. ehehehe

    Usa sa mka trigger aning depression or sad feelings is seeing some places everyday
    that reminds something about your ugly yesterdays. Sometimes pud, walay nakapa
    excited nimo mao sometimes or most of the times you feel soooo blue or grey.

    I've been here pero lahi2x man ta storya sa kinabuhi pero in the end usa ra atung bation. Daghan jud reasons why mka feel ta mga ig-ani.

    depressed guro ka TS. take a hobby or any interest. pwede ka mag enroll ug trainings. maybe you just spend too much time doing nothing mao na bisan unsa nalang mahunahunaan. humans are creatures of habit.
